My gut agrees with your take, it looks good on paper and stinks to high heaven when implemented. These con artist can’t be trusted IMO. Eliminate EB-5s all together.

BTW, EB-5 is just another acronym I need to learn in the MASS convoluted alphabetic soup of immigration OVERPOPULATION acronym groups. The fun goes on and on….as does the OVERPOPULATION sewage drainage into our coast-land waters….
