And the second one got stopped by a lower level judge too so that just shows that you can find some judge somewhere to rule your way. It will move to the Supreme Court where they will confirm what they have confirmed before. You’re still avoiding pointing out the language in the constitution that you encourage everyone to “read”. Because it’s not there.
